What Causes Red And Watery Eyes With Fever In An Infant?

Hello my son is 18 months he has a red watery eyes and a fever for a few days now he hasn t had a cough or runny nose just a fever and red watery eyes he wants to sleep all day and when he try s to get up he lays backdown like he is weak. What could be doing this?

Hi....your kid might be having viral illness and these symptoms are quite common in viral illness in the initial days especially. do not worry if the kid is active and playful.
