What Causes Recurring Weakness And Numbness In Arms?
Last year I had sudden weakness, and pain/numbness going down both my arms. This happened maybe 3 times and then for a year it has not recurred until yesterday and today. Yesterday while sitting in my hot tub after a day of working in the garden most of my day it happened again and I could not use my hands for maybe 5 minutes. It was the strangest sensation. It went away as quickly as it came. Today it happened again but not quite so bad. I did not loose control of my hands but I felt dizzy. I am healthy and have normal blood pressure and heart rates. what do you think?
The following may be probable causes of weakness and numbness of upper limbs: 1) Compressive neuropathy of the spinal cord at cervical spine also known as cervical spondylitis myelopathy 2) Compression of spinal nerve roots due to foraminal stenosis 3) Ulnar neuropathy 4) Carpal tunnel syndrome 5) Thoracic outlet syndrome 6) Multifocal acquired demyelinating sensory and motor neuropathy.
You do need to undergo: 1) Thorough clinical examination in person 2) MRI cervical spine 3) Electromyography (EMG)
Please do consult a neuro-physician for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Tab Natalins Rx for a week and do vitamin B12 levels of blood. If these are right then there are other causes. Let me know the test results. Eat healthy food, fresh fruits and vegetables, juices, steamed vegetables and amla, aloe vera, basil, and turmeric are good. Learn breathing exercises, it helps in other somatic causes too.
