General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Manage your hygiene well. Take bath regularly, Do not keep your skin dry after bathing apply ointment hydrocortisone on the areas affected. Apply a water based herbal body lotion on rest of your body to avoid drying of the skin. Skin dryness triggers itching. Red patches can be indicative of fungal infection. Applying ointment Clotrimazole on such areas will be helpful.

Get it clinically examined by a Dermatologist. Get required tests, blood tests, patch tests, skin tests done to detect eczema or any underlying medical condition. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Stay away from dust, pollution, animal dander, paint, poison ivy, any food that triggers your symptoms. You can continue to apply Clonate F.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
