What Causes Recurring Headache?

My boyfriend has had a mild headache for about 4 days now. Occasionally it comes with a dull pulsing in his abdomen on the lower right side, just above his hip. He's tried taking Tylenol, drinking a bunch of water, and resting a lot. What could this be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I would like to say you that such headache is always related with the cold and sinusitis and this would come around once the sinusitis subsides and for this the right medicine is "Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen" along with this steam inhalation would be helpful, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
