Hello. Me and my friends were running through cornfield for like 15 min. When i came home after few hours. My neck started to itch. And then next morning i saw on my neck and lower parts of my cheeks a rash. My cheeks are very red as well and and i feel very warm around the places where i have rash. What could it be? And how shall i treat it?
As per your query you have symptoms of rash on neck and cheeks which is very common due to allergic reaction and due to dirt and moisture get trapped by your clothing.
I would suggest you to keep this area clean and dry and apply sunscreen before going out. Keep area cover with moist cloth. You should avoid touching or pricking rashes. Apply ice pack on rashes 2-3 times a day. Apply cream containing benzoyl peroxide. If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will examine physically along with blood test and sample for lab test, and will start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
