What Causes Rapid Heartbeats, Breathlessness, Dizziness With Panic Thoughts Randomly?

Hi, I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for years and I never had symptoms when I wasn't having an attack but now I randomly have a rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness and panicky thoughts when i'm not having an attack-is this normal?

Thanks for asking,
the symptoms mentioned by you are the core features of panic disorder. These symptoms may be present between the attacks. The important criterias to diagnose panic disorder include above symptoms along with Persistent concern or thoughts of future attacks and Worry about consequences of the attacks (e.g., heart attack or stroke). So the symptoms can occur in between the attacks. thanks.
