First of all I would like to thank you for being so open about how you are feeling and congratulate you for accepting that you are having a state of mind that itself is half the solution. I do not exactly know if there is any reason which is deep embedded in your mind which is causing you to be in this state. that is the first step towards treatment ,where you need to figure out the source of irritation or

Second is that you must understand that even if you are depressed, nothing will change in this world,the world will move ,time will pass at its own pace.So there is no point being this way,rather the best way would be to indulge in hobbies which you are very fond of, try to check if there is anything .
See if you can confide this problem to a near and dear one if you think they can help you, otherwise also no worries, it's not a permanent phase,
