What Causes "positive CRP In Blood And 3-5 Pus Cells In Urine" Of A Child?

Hi,
(1) my chaild age is 7months,after blood/Urine test,Blood Haemoglobin(Shall's) 7.6 gm/dl,C.R.P-Qualitative(Latex Test) Positive & C.R.P Quantitative (Immunoturbidometric Assay) 21.3Mg/L.
(2) Urine :Physical-- Clour-Straw,Sediments-Absent,Transparency -Clear,Reaction-Acidic.
Microscopic -- R,B.C - Nill,Pus Cells-3-5/HPF,Epithellai Cells-1,Cast -Nill,Crystal-Nill,Bacteria-Nill.

please let me know,why this happend & what i want to take the treatment,is this any sereious issue..

its possible your child has some acute infection of upper resp tract or urinary tract.Get treated by pediatrician do not worry.
