What Causes Pus Filled Blisters On The Head Of An Infant?

my 19mth son gets real bad head sores in his head they look like boils they ive puss and they drain out. i was told they are infected hair bumps, he also has a swollen lymph on the side of his neck that wont go away, is it because of the sores he`s gettin.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

It looks like pyoderma of scalp , but fungal infection of scalp needs to be ruled out . Lymphadenopathy is secondary to infection that will resolve with time once the infection is under control.
