The eye drop yousing contains antibiotic and steroid. There is no reason why pupil should be fixed. probability of foreign body in eye lid can not be ruled out unless examined by eye doctor. Take combiflam tablet and neosporine eye ointment with warm compression. Since other parameter are normal then wait for swelling to sub side. See for obstructed gland in lid.Try to remember any medication to dilate pupil.
