Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have psoriatic arthritis. Well psoriatic arthritis occurs when your body's immune system begins to attack healthy cells and tissue. The abnormal immune response causes inflammation in your joints as well as overproduction of skin cells.
Hope your concern has been resolved. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination. Doctor may order x-ray , MRI , test for rheumatoid factor or joint fluid test . Doctor may prescribe anti rheumatic drugs like methotrexate , immunosuppressants , TNF-alpha inhibitors , steroid injections and in some severe cases joint replacement surgery . For now control your weight , do light exercises and apply warm compresses .

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
