What Causes Prolong Fever And Loss Of Appetite?
My son is visiting family in another state and will not be back for another 9 days. He s been running a mild temperature and has no appetite. He s not experiencing any other symptoms. His temperature could ve been higher this past week but no one checked his temperature they just knew that he was running warm. Finally, after getting a thermometer today s temperature was 99.6. He has been like this for eight days. Should they bring him to an urgent care and have blood taken? It doesn t seem like the flu or cold because he has no other symptoms besides running a temperature and have no appetite.

it can be typhod fever which comes with low grade fever and anorexia. give ciprofloxacin 500 mg bd for 5 days. also protein supplements and multivitamins will help raising appetite
