What Causes Pressure On My Chest And Breathing Problem?

I have severe anxiety and panic attacks with longstanding depression. Xanax helps but cannot get a physician to prescribe dosage strong enough that I feel is beneficial to me. I am not looking to get high I am just looking forward to be able to have a more normal life. I have panic attacks that make me feel as like I have PRESSURE ON MY CHEST AND CANNOT BREATHE . I have tremors that are noticeable .by other people which make me feel more anxious. I am in a horrible cycle and I feel as though doctors think I just want more Xanax. It helps me tremendously by decreasing the intensity of the attacks . Please any sugestions? Severely Nervous and sleepless in New York.

Hi..i think a good psychiatrist can solve your problem..either your dose needs to be increased or some other medicine can be added...bt psychiatrist can tell you better than me..but definitely you can live a normal life through it..dont worry..
