What Causes Poking Like Pressure On Chest That Spreads To Back?
It feels like someone is poking me in the chest, like something is pushing down on it with like a thumb. I've had it before and had stress test and heart xray, which was all fine. It usually comes and goes, but yesterday it happened quite a bit and today it is not letting up. I feel it going all the way through to my back. It's on my left side.

As your all reports are normal there might be having Myalgia or costo-chondritis.
Take analgesic medicine for some time.
Apply analgesic, muscle relaxant cream locally.
Avoid junk food.
