What Causes Pins And Needles In Arm Along With Pain In Chest?

I have had pins and needles sensation in my right arm for weeks and now chest pain.. Went to the hospital and they said my hart was ok and gave me Tyamol3 and said it would be ok in a week.. 2 weeks+ after still painful.. Can U help and Thank you.. JJ

Hello,
Thanks for the concern. You have complaint of pins and needle in your right arm and than chest pain but your heart is ok so according to your history it might be nerve compression at cervical level which causes the pain and needle sensation. It can be diagnosed by CTSCAN/ MRI of cervical spine.
For this you should not lift heavy weight by right arm, also you can use cervical collar. You are taking medicine for pain but for pins and needle like sensation you can take combination of methylcobalamin and pregabalin twice daily for atleast 15 to 30 days. Also you have to learn neck muscle strengthening exercise.
So you should consult orthopaedic surgeon and also physiotherapist.
