What Causes Pimples On The Butt Of A 2.5-year-old Toddler?
Hi, my 2 1/2 year old toddler has some pimples on his butt. He is 90% potty trained. He only wears a diaper overnight and at nap. The one at nap is a precaution as he is usually dry after nap. He has a history of yeast infections due to diaper and a sensitivity to apples. When we stopped giving him apples we had no more infections. Recently we have added apples back to his diet, gradually over the last 6 months. What can we do?

The symptoms can be related to an allergic reaction to apple. I suggest to avoid using apples in the diet. I also suggest giving him Cetirizine 10 if the child have itching. I recommend to use Calamine lotion for local application.
