What Causes Persistent Tingling And Numbness In Little Finger, Ring Finger And Left Arm?

DR, FOR LIKE OVER TWO WEEKS NOW, I HAVE BEEN HAVING TINGLING AND NUMBING IN MY PINKY FINGER WHICH LATER AFFECT THE RING FINGER IN MY LEFT ARM. YESTERDAY I NOTICED THAT I HAD A RADIATING PAIN AT MY BACK SHOULDER JUST BEHIND MY BREAST. I AM WORRIED ABOUT WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

Tingling and numbness in fingers points towards nerve damage of your arm. Possible causes can be cervical spondylosis, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, leprosy, vertebral compression, vasculitis and hypothyroidism etc.
Advice
1.     Give rest to your body
2.     Avoid strenuous physical activity
3.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
4.     Amitryptyline 25 mg daily per oral at bed time for 20 days
5.     Investigation
a.     MRI of cervical spine
b.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
