What Causes Persistent Nausea & Loose Motions?

On Monday I started vomiting non-stop for two days. I was able to get very little fluid down and no food. Now I still feel extremely achy, stiff neck, nausea, diarrhea, a dehydration headache that wont let up no matter how many liquids I drink. What should I do?

Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance can even lead to coma. Fluid and electrolyte replacement is the only way to treat and intravenous fluids administration is the only way when dehydration cannot be corrected by oral intake of fluid.
Consult a general physician or go to ER at the earliest to avoid any serious health complications.
Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
