What Causes Persistent High Fever Along With Abdominal Pain In A Toddler?
My three year old son has had a fever between 103-104.5 for seven days now. It will go away for a couple of hours but then it comes back. He complains about his head, forehead, stomach, and feet hurting. His strep test came back positive two days ago and he has been taking amoxicillin for two days but his fever isn't going away. What could be wrong with my child?

If strep test is positive I also suggest amoxycillin to my patients three times a day. I also suggest paracetamol syrup to your child. It usually take 4 or 5 day to cure completely.Finally end with 'Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
