What Causes Penis Becoming Smaller And Wrinkled?

I have noticed that my penis is getting smaller and more wrinkled.I have an enlarged prostrate but no cancer dianosis. My PSA tests show fairly consistent between 2.5 and 3.0. I was taking a testostorone supplement which raised my PSA. I stopped and they returned to previous levels. Any suggestions ??
