Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that palpitations are quite normal during pregnancy.

Your performed normal ECG and Echo have excluded possible cardiomyopathy which could be related to pregnancy.

Coming to this point, I would recommend performing some other tests to investigate for the possible causes:

- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring to examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.

It is also necessary to closely monitor your blood pressure during this period. Low blood pressure may lead to reflexive tachycardia.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
