Chest/Back Pain
I have a very rapid heart rate, generally sits around 135 resting so my Dr put me on toprol er. About 15 minutes ago, I started having dull pain in my arm on my right side, now in my back and chest. It went away at first. Should I go to the Emergency Room.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that some time sinus tachycardia may be the reason behind this and no need to worry about this but the condition first need to be investigated with EKG, ECHO, to rule out the underlying cardiac causes, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
