Hi,

Noted your history of taking Epilin that is Sodium Valproate for Migraine 2 gm a day seems to be more dose and this drug actually reduces tinnitus in some patients.
Hence you should get the following things done:
Consult an ENT Surgeon as second opinion, ENT Examination and evaluation.
Audiometry to know the nature and extent of hearing loss.
MRI of the brain, mastoid, 8 th cranial nerves to study the cause.
All these will help to know the exact cause so that this can be treated .
Like If you have got a vascular loop over the nerve, surgery will help.
Hypertension if present and if controlled well can help.
Hence it is of utmost importance to find the exact cause so that a proper management can be done.
This will also help to know the cause and nature of Migraine/headache.
Avoid stress and anxiety.
Do not be alone as this can cause depression or fear.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
