What Causes Painful Inter-menstrual Bleeding With Abdominal Cramps?
I am having a second period 14 days after my normal period. This time I have no pms symptoms or pregnancy symptoms other than a tiny cramp every once in awhile but it goes away quickly. Usually my periods are very painful. It started as light brown spotting then turned into a heavier brown spotting but not much for a pad and then all of a sudden the next day in the evening boom it went to a heavier flow with brown and super dark red almost black blood but it s not near as heavy as usual. What would cause this?

Such painful mid menstrual vaginal discharge can be-
-Ovulation bleeding/pelvic or genital infection(where is associated with vaginal white discharge, painful sex, urination or dedication, fever./early sign of endometriosis.
You should observe the pattern for few days. Take rest, you can have warm pack on lower abdomen if pain++, take over the counter pain pill ...this would relieve the problem in few days.
In case the problem does not recede,/it recurs. You should consult your gynecologist for physical examination, needful investigations to pinpoint that cause followed by cause-specific treatment.
