I can understand your concern for painful hard bump near pubic area. Let me reassure you first that it is quite usual to get such kind of bumps. After reading your query it appears to be a skin tag or a inflamed hair follicle.
In my patients with such kind of problem I generally give a course of antibiotic such as cefixime or amoxicillin for 7 days of period along with pain killers such as paracetamol. If still the bumps are not resolved then go excision of the area or mild extraction. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist in case if the condition is not resolved.
Take care. All the best
