What Causes Pain When Bladder Is Full?

Hi,
Since 6 month ago i've been feelinG pain when i felt my bladder was full!The pain lastet a minuets after urination!(i didn't have dysuria, no pain because of urination)
Sometimes the pain subsides and sometimes becomes very annoying!
I was wondering what is causing this?
