What Causes Pain On The Right Flank And Chest With A History Of Ovarian Cyst And Diabetes?

I have pain on my right flank. I am also having chest pains. I ve been having panic attacks for the past 3 hours or so. I am wondering if I should go to the ER. I took .5 MG of Xanax for my panic attack. I have a history of ovarian cysts and I am a type 2 diabetic. Could these all be related?
