This is the third month after my marriage. Now during intercourse with my wife a slight pain on my penis irritates me a lot and restraints from intercourse. I am having pain on the nerve visible on the tip of the penis which joints with the foreskin. In fact it started for last few weeks and now the severity of the pain increased noticeably. When the foreskin of the penis slips back it pain horribly. Kindly advise why it is so and any ointments available a remedy.
