What Causes Pain On Chest And Pain On Right Side After Bending?

Hello i would say for the past couple weeks i have had this pain un the right side of my chest right above my breast it hurts if i bend over towards my right side and occasionally when i breath and ocassionally on my right arm does anyone know what this could be? And it comes and goes

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more because it is associated with movements of chest wall (bending and breathing).
So avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid bad postures in sleep.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
You will mostly improve with these in 1-2 weeks.
If not improving then get done chest x ray to rule out internal pathology.
