Hi, I gave birth 4 and half months ago via csection and my knees have been stiff and sore since I gained a lot of weight in pregnancy. I wasn't able to crouch or bend at all. I am losing weight now and things have improved and I only feel stiffness while going up and down the stairs but now I have a lot of pain in the back of my right knee and it is a new type of pain for me. I am not sure I would connect it to weight gain/loss since it is only in my right knee. It keeps me awake at night and hurts in the day when I change positions while sitting or lying down. Also, I still have occasional bleeding after intercourse.
