What Causes Pain Inside Mouth, Nasal Congestion And Fever?

I have a recurring Illness. Starts with a pain in my mouth at the sinus entrance. Feels like when you sniff hard mucus really hard and it gets stuck at the roof of your mouth in the sinus passage. Then I get fever and sick for up to 3-4 weeks with a flu like illness.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Recurring Sinus infection also known as SINUSITIS leading to congestion and pain in mouth along with fever that occurs due to infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS VIEW x ray, MRI scan , Blood test etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestant like Pseudoephadrine..
Do saline nasal irrigation, do steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also use decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline..
Avoid chilled and spicy foods and take a soft bland diet..
Sip on warm water..
Take ample of rest..
