What Causes Pain In Upper Intestine And Upper Back?

Hi Doctor i have pain on my upper portion of intestine. For last one month i also had pain in my upper back. but i got MRI for back pain and reports are normal, but still on and off. Now i got pain in upper portion of intestine. Can u suggest what it is?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that it may not be the pain of upper portion of intestine but ti seems to be pain of epigastric region and it will not be reflected in MRI or any other imaging studies because it could be due to acid peptic disease it is the hyper secretion of acid.
In my patients those are coming with this condition I try to treat them with PPI drug like Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, giving advise to them to avoid spicy food, heavy meal, greasy food, alcohol, smoking,
