What Causes Pain In The Testicle?
Woke up today with pain in testicle for unknown reasons. Pain is not apparent unless pressure is applied in which case it is felt. Pain has been present for the past 10 hours. Not sure what the situation at hand is or wheteher I should seek emergency help at this time.

This is very unusual to have such a pain in the testicle without any obvious cause.
This indicates that you should seek emergency consultation and investigations like ultrasonography and color Doppler of the abdomen as well as scrotum.
Also needed are tests of blood, urine .
