What Causes Pain In The Right Side Of Groin And Sleep Apnea?

hi i have been having pains in the right side of my groin , my urine is also quite a dark yellow . my bowel movements have also changed , sometimes my number twos are hard then a couple of hours later i have the runs. i am feeling tired but i have sleep apnea which is currently being treated with cpap.i am feeling warm all the time . pls help as i am worried, and imagining all kinds of things thanks in advance ang

Hi,

If you are having pains in the pelvic region and your urine is dark then, you may have a urinary tract infection that needs to be treated.

For this, a sample of urine must be tested and cultured for susceptible bacteria.

On the other hand you may also simply be dehydrated and not drinking sufficient fluids and this may be the reason for the dark urine.

Constipation alternating with runny bowel movements is likely unrelated but could signal a different problem which again should be examined and diagnosed by a physician. Sleep apnea is well known to cause excessive daytime sleepiness.
