What Causes Pain In The Lower Right And The Periods Stopped Due To Microwave Ablation?

Hello I have a dull pain in my lower right side above hip bone, I do not have my appendix, I m 51 yrs old and my periods over the last few years had tailed off after a microwave ablation, but have resumed in the last five months, this pain feels like the ovary bursting, which I used to get in my prime. I am undergoing heart tests as my younger sister had a heart attack three weeks ago. My cholesterol is 6.4, doctor says no further action required but I am going to lower it. Father died aged 54

Hello,

Since you developed bleeding recently after a few years, it is important to undergo gynecological evaluation including Ultrasound pelvis to rule out any underlying pathology. The presence of scar tissue after ablation can contribute to the pain while bleeding occurs. You can take Tylenol if the pain is bothersome. Follow up with your ObGyn for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
