What Causes Pain In The Leg Muscles While Walking?

Since my dose has been increased my leg muscles (back part of legs) I have pain when walking also I m not sweating but get very hot I can feel the heat coming out of my body, not able to sleep threw the night. Is this being caused by the medicine. The dose is150mcg.

Hello...
Since you have not mentioned the name of the medicine, based on the dose (150mcg) i am assuming it to be levothyroxine.
If that is the case i suggest that you immediately get your thyroid function checked, since over treatment of hypothyroidism could lead to hyperthyroidism and the attendant symptoms like tremors, hot flushes and insomnia.
Muscle pain as in your case could also be a manifestation of the same.
As priority please consult your physician who will physically examine you for other signs and will probably reduce the dose after getting you tests done.
