I have been suffering from pain in perennial region that starts from mouth of anus heading towards scrotum. I can fell there is swelling just above anus and tightened muscle. Whenever I sit on a flat surface there is a feeling that there is something bulging out above anus region toward scrotum. My first experience was I felt there is a contraction around anus and felt discomfort while sitting. I visited to 3 different surgery doc one by one. The first one said your muscles around that region are very stiff and needs to be relaxed and some infection is there. He gave me some medicines which didn't give any relief. I moved on to second doctor who said there is fissure and he gave me cremaffin but after taking for a week didn't find any relief and he asked to go for colonoscopy. I told him I am not having any indigestion or bleeding problem neither any pain while passing stool. I was not convinced so I again moved on to another doctor whether he did initial procedure and said some infection is there and advised for colonscopy. I went through colonoscopy but results are negative. Everything is normal. He me one cream smuth and spasmo proxyvon twice daily. I felt that I am getting better until I missed my dose on 5th day and found that the after sitting for a while the pain has been increasing and my lower back is paining like hell. I have stopped taking that medicine and the pain is ever increasing and difficult to bear. More over I felt this pain first time when I masturbated in last December, the very next day I could feel a a slight swelling above my anus region. But It went in two days. The last uneasiness was also after masturbation but this discomfort and pain is not resting and ever increasing not allowing me to sit on chair. Please help.
