What Causes Pain In T12-l1 With Shooting Pain In Bladder?

1984 after trip to India had pain T12-L1 referred to right abs and occasionally to bladder. Had Ultrasound, colonoscopy to no definite diagnosis. In 2003 post rotator cuff surgery had shingles outbreak in exactly same area the pain lasting some months. Now the pain is almost constant, low chronic, exacerbated by palpation around right psoas, causing shooting pains into bladder, I think? Am also urinating more at night. Am 63 yr old fit PT living in the tropics. Thanks!!
