i hurt my lower back just over 2 weeks ago when i got in the door and set down a couple of bags,felt a sharp agonising pain in my lower back, then couldnt move for about 5hrs til the doctor came at 3am and gave me injections. after taking anti inflammatories and tramapine tramadol for a few days i went back to work. last sunday the pain got worse again and now i think i have sciatica or the sciatic nerve is inflammed cos i can hardly walk,stand nor sit..the pain is constant except when i lie down on my back or side,it goes from my back through the left buttock down my left leg through to the calf.
