HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query is appreciated, any kind of muscular pain can not cause the kidney inflammation, more over if it was the kidney inflammation then it has to be come up with the renal symptoms, what ever the pain you are having seems to be due to fibromyalgia and it is kind of functional disorders, and not the pathology, I would suggest to try, Duloxetine or Amitriptyline, control your thought no need to be over conscious for the pain that you have hope this information helps.
