What Causes Pain In Left Testicle?

I have a pain in my left testicle. i have been diagnosed with non fatty liver disease. saw my doctor she said i had no abnormalities in the tummy or the lower abdomen and she said it was nothing to worry about. i get anxiety and just wanted to know if this was cancer or not.

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your problems of : pain in the left testicle.
Also have a non-fatty liver disease.
Your Doctor has asked you not to worry as there are no abnormalities in the tummy or the lower abdomen.
Hence do not get the anxiety and the stress as they themselves can enhance the existing problems you already have directly or indirectly.

There is no chance of cancers in such a case, it is very very rare.
So stop worrying and consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, physical examination and to see why there is pain in the left testicle.
I would advise:
Ultrasonography with color doppler of the abdomen and pelvis and abdomen.
Urine : culture and sensitivity.
Proper long term courses of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Scrotal support
Plenty of oral fluids
Regular review by Urologist about the progress of the disease and recovery.
