What Causes Pain In Back Of Thighs, Buttocks And Upper Arms?

This morning I woke up with pain in the back part of my thighs and buttocks as well as pain in the back of my upper arms. I just turned 70 yesterday and was marveling that I have no aches and pains. And today I received a reminder. Any idea what would cause this?
