What Causes Pain In Anus While Wiping?

Hi I am a 22 year old male in fairly good condition. On Sunday unwashed using the bathroom and had diarrhea. When I finished and tried to wipe, I felt a real Sharp pain on my anus. I still have that pain whenever I wipe, and last night I noticed a dark bump near my anus. Is this hemorrhoids. And if so how do I get rid of it.

Dear while passing stools your not getting pain?? If your feeling pain while passing stools may be due fissure or external Haemorrhoids. Fissure pain may present before and after passing stools, but each anal sphincter contractions may elevate the pain, internal Haemorrhoid no pain, but again external Haemorrhoids may cause pain only on passing stools, it may or may not present until unless it inflammed or thrombosed. Mostly your suffering from external Haemorrhoids eat high fiber diet, avoid alcohol and smoking, regular exercise. Syrp Duphalac 30 ml at night, tab. Daflon 500 mg twice a day. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
