There was grade II hydronephrosis before operation. He is afebrile . His doktor gave him painkillers. But it is normal to be in pain after 3 days.
I can understand your for your husband. It is a usual observations that patients such as your husband pass little amount of blood in urine and feel pain after procedure of stone removal with laser. This can be observed for as less as a few days to up to 8 weeks. Oral pain medications and lots of liquid intake can make it easier.
