What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In Numb Hand After Tumor Removal?

I had a surgery to remove a tumor next to the heart. I woke from surgery with a swollen right hand and with lots of pain in it. Five years have past from that day and i still have strong pain, tingling sensation, numbness in my right hand. What do you recommend For this pain?
