What Causes Pain And Swelling Near The Groin Area?

I had sex last Friday and two days after I started noticing I had a sharp pain on my right side a little bit lower from the crease of my leg and vagina. It kinda feels like if you press down on a bruise. It's very swollen, and it's getting to the point where I can't even sit down because it's just very uncomfortable. Any suggestions on what is causing this pain?

Hi,
Its just inflammation take analgesic (nsaid ) with ppi twice daily for 3days with cold fomentation tds for 2days , maintain hygiene . If the pain doesn't subside or aggravate review in gyne dept .
