hi i was in pain and a lump feeling in my throat also tightness of the muscle especially below the adam apple for over a month now,i am in omeprazol 20mg x2 a day,i was given by my GP he say i have acid reflex,also i was given diazepam which i have used few times and it did reduced the muscle tightness and a lump feeling although sometimes it come back and go,the pain on my right side of the throat continue and combine with my right ear sometimes feel like infection,and some times the pain is worse than the other times,also i do use gaviscon after meals and before going to sleep, but since yestarday i feel some strange feeling on top of my stomach or at the biginning of the food pipe i dont know what it is it like tickling sometimes especially when i finnish eating and then disapears can u help
