What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation During Urination?
I have a boyfriend that is having all sorts of issues right now. First he started with pain when urinating mainly like a burn sensation and he complained of pain in penis area. Second he has also been having constipation like symptoms and pain in rectal area. Third, now he is having these bumps grow what looks like above the surface under his armpit. What can cause these symptoms? I am thinking it could be an STD but not really too sure what other possible issues it could be. I am very concerned and need help.

Hi;
It looks like your boyfriend has STD, and he and you may need antibiotic treatment. Your boyfriend must see an urologist, also both of you must be evaluated with complete blood count, serologic tests (for syphilis, gonorrea, hepatitis, HPV etc.), complete urine analysis and biochemical tests.
