You may be suffering from STD, particularly your symptoms resemble to syphilis. In syphilis, the first sign is an ulcer or wound at the site of entry of causative organism. It is generally a non-healing and non-painful ulcers. It may be followed by skin rash, mouth ulcers etc. after some time. Therefore you are advised to go for a test of syphilis (STS) to confirm or rule out the diagnosis of syphilis and if needed then treatment accordingly.
