Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Recurrent fungal infection or eczema can be the reason. This can be due to irritation from clothing or chemicals like soaps he is using. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Use mild detergents for washing under garments also. For such condition If he is my patient I would suggest ointments containing combination of antifungal agents like miconazole, anti bacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application.
